How does it work?
The closing date for our grand prize draw will be 23rd April 2024, at 11:59 pm. The winner will be drawn on the 25th April at 6:30 pm, at random, in the presence of a solicitor. The draw will be aired live on Instagram and Facebook and a video of the draw will be posted on our social media accounts. The winner will be contacted on the day of the draw and, once they have been notified, their name and county of residence will be displayed on the website and social media pages.
How are tickets distributed?
All tickets will be emailed to Entrants. Ticket numbers will be randomly generated and will be alpha-numeric. Anyone not receiving their ticket within 24 hours of purchase (or 7 days in the case of postal entries) should first check their Spam/Junk folders. If the ticket has still not arrived, they can email contact@tramwaypath.co.uk to request a duplicate email.
Can I enter from outside of the UK?
Yes, we cannot accept entrants from the following countries:
- Bahamas
- Botswana
- Cambodia
- The Crimea region of Ukraine, and the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics in Ukraine
- Cuba
- Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK)
- Ethiopia
- Ghana
- Iran
- Pakistan
- Panama
- Sri Lanka
- Syria
- Trinidad and Tobago
- Tunisia
- Yemen
What are the cash prizes and how can I win?
The cash prizes are part of our mid-competition giveaway. Any ticket entry orders made before 3 pm on 19th March will automatically be entered into the cash prize draw. Five winners will be chosen from the ticket entries to win £10,000 each.
Can I still win the grand prize if I win a cash prize?
Yes, you can! The ticket entries from the cash prize mid-competition giveaway will be entered into the draw for the grand prize. All cash prize winners will be entered into the grand prize draw.
What happens if we don't sell enough tickets?
We hope to sell around 180,000 ticket bundles to include transfer costs such as stamp duty, legal fees. But if 180,000 ticket bundles are not sold, the winner will be offered 70% of the total bundles sold instead to buy their property.
How long will I have to find a property if I win?
You will have 60 days to find the property that you wish for us to purchase for you.
Are there any restrictions on the type of property I can get if I win?
The property must be a residential property - either an apartment or a house.
How many properties am I allowed to purchase if I win?
You can buy as many properties as you'd like as long as it fits within the winning budget.
Are there any restrictions on the area of the property I can get if I win?
The property must be located within the UK (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland or Wales).
How do we pick the winner?
For the cash prizes we will use the third party random number generator random.org to select the winners. Find out more here: www.random.org/draws/
For the grand prize the winner will be drawn by Civica, an election management company.

My card isn't working
This is likely due to the card type. We can only accept Visa debit and MasterCard debit cards unfortunately.
How does it work?
After you have purchased a ticket, you will be randomly assigned a ticket number.
How do I enter?
Click the ‘Buy now’ button to choose the number of tickets you wish to purchase. On the subsequent page you will need to enter your contact and billing information to complete your order.
How can I increase my chances to win?
To increase your probability of winning, you need to buy more tickets. Keep in mind that every number in the draw has an equal probability of being chosen as the winning number. Never spend money that you can't afford to lose.
